The Explaination

Just wanted to say, very sorry that it has taken me all month to get my blog updated! As you can see from the many posts below I have been taking pictures, but we hit a few snags getting them onto our new computer. I am hoping that our problem will be solved soon, but we do hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas as much as we did! We will try to do better with updating! Happy New Year!

Howells' Christmas (Part 2)

Sorry, my last post got too big, so here we are going to finish (I hope!)

Here's little Mya, who's just about as tired as a little girl can be, but still enjoying Christmas...

One more of Gabe enjoying his presents...

And finally, here is RuthAnne's Christmas from Mama and Daddy, we actually got her 3 presents, but one she opened Christmas morning before the camera was charged...

Howell's Christmas

Here's GrandMama and RuthAnne in the kitchen helping with Christmas breakfast...
Chrisa and Emma helping with breakfast... See my new mixer in the background?

This is Ruth, Chrisa's friend from UGA, who got to join us for Christmas...she is waiting patiently on food...

RuthAnne is modeling her new shoes from Scott, Linda and Jordan...

This is how we spent our afternoon, we also took a walk (in the rain) and had a nap! Please note all the computers in the picture, that's what Robbie and Dad did most of the morning.

Oh well look! In case you have never met us, we are RuthAnne's parents! Robbie the Dad and Carrie the Mom... :-)

Gabe was very patient waiting on opening his presents, but when it was FINALLY time he was very excited...

It's Uncle Nae...

Christmas Jamas

RuthAnne is sitting up very well these days. Here she is modeling some of her Christmas jamas.

Cornetts Christmas

Here's Jordan, Linda and Miss Thing...we are VERY happy to report that RuthAnne was happy during the celebrations and so we all got to enjoy our time. This picture was taken before dinner...

This is Betty Jo. She used to babysit Robbie and Linda and she has lots of funny storied to tell of their mischief...RuthAnne wasn't being extremely photogenic here, but she was enjoying herself.

And speaking of mischief...

Here is Betty and RuthAnne before dinner. Perhaps her nap contributed to her sweet disposition...

As you can see, RuthAnne got to enjoy eveyone's gifts...here she is wearing Howard's new hat!

We are very sorry to report, that since Nana was the photographer, we didn't get a Christmas picture of her, but we sure do appreciate all her great pictures! Thanks, Nana!

My first snow (outside)!

It snowed here sometime during the month of December (date???), and Robbie and I dressed up RuthAnne to take her out...she only stayed out long enough to snap these two pictures because the wind was blowing very hard...nevertheless here is the first snow that lasted until she went outside...

LOOK where I found here!

Here's RuthAnne helping Mama with laundry...I have found it's much easier to carry the basket if she is in it. She enjoys helping as you can see!

Couch Potatoes!

I came into the living room this afternoon and THIS is what I found... my two couch potatoes. RuthAnne is modeling her new Christmas jamas from Nana... :-)

Cookie Monster

Last night we gave RuthAnne a "cookie" while we were eating. She THOROUGHLY enjoyed it but we ended up having to give her a bath after she finished. Please notice all the brown cookie on her white overalls. She needed a full body bib! Next time we are going to try an apple...
